Non-woven fabric (also called non-wovens) is a new generation of environmentally-friendly materials. It has the characteristics of water repellency, breathability, flexibility, no combustion, no poison, no irritation and rich color. If the material is placed outside, it will decompose naturally, and its longest life span is only 90 days. It will decompose indoors and decompose within 5 years. When burning, it will be innocuous, tasteless, harmless, and will not be any residual substance, so that it will not pollute the environment, so environmental protection will come from it. It is suitable for washing and other points. It has the characteristics of short process, high output, low cost, fast variety change and wide source of raw materials. According to the different production processes, non-woven fabrics can be divided into:
1, wet dustless cloth: it is to separate raw materials into fibers in water medium, and make different fiber materials mixed to make fiber suspension slurry, and suspend slurry to transport into mesh forming mechanism.Fiber will be reinforced into cloth under wet condition.
2, spunlaced nonwovens: high pressure tiny water flow to a layer or multi-layer fiber network, so that fibers intertwined together, so as to strengthen the fabric and have a certain strength.
3, hot metal nonwoven fabric: it refers to fiber or powdery hot melt adhesive reinforcement in the fiber net, and then the fiber net is reinforced by heating and melting to reinforce the cloth.
4, the pulp air flow into the net non-woven cloth: also can be called as dust free paper, dry paper non-woven fabric. It uses airflow net forming technology to break wood pulp fiberboard into single fiber state, and then uses airflow method to make fiber agglomerate on net curtain, and then reinforce the fabric into cloth.
5, spunbonded dustless cloth: after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filament, the filament will be laid into mesh, and the mesh will be transformed into non-woven fabric through its own adhesion, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement.
6, melt spray non-woven fabric: its process process: polymer feeding - melt extrusion - fiber formation - fiber cooling - Network - - reinforced into cloth.
7, non-woven cloth is a kind of dry non-woven, non-woven needle puncture needle is the effect of fiber net, fluffy reinforcement into cloth.
8, stitched woven non-woven fabric: one is dry non-woven fabric, and stitching is reinforced by warp knitting coil structure, such as mesh, yarn layer, non-woven material, such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil or their combination, to make non-woven fabrics.
